Here’s a thing to ponder: we are born fearless and then we start to learn.
Fear is one of those learned behaviours. Fear has it’s place — it keeps us out of trouble, it keeps us safe. But it can also be over-learned. One of the very first fears we learn is the fear of heights. Other fears follow soon.

Unlearning the unwanted fear and phobia reactions
We are very frightened animals: fear of flying … fear of public speaking … fear of heights … fear of dark … fear of spiders and snakes … even fear of intimacy and rejection … All these are learned behaviours. The premise is well intended (falling of a cliff is deadly, darkness may hide unseen dangers) … but then it gets out of control. Because, like it or not, we are learning machines … you learn without even knowing it.
We learn without even knowing it. Our subconscious learns all the time.
Sometimes learning goes wrong … we learn what we shouldn’t have. Fortunately since this is a learned behaviour then we can unlearn it.
Sometimes learning goes wrong … A hypnotist can help YOU let go of the bad behaviour.
Here’s an interesting fact: A phobia is a learned behaviour that in many cases happens after just one bad experience. One bad experience, one behaviour learned for life. What makes that learning so powerful? The answer is a very strong emotion. The emotions are the “glue” that hold the lessons in place.
Hypnosis helps YOU remove the negative emotion from the unwanted behaviour. Then a new, healthy and natural habit replaces the old, dysfunctional behaviour and you become FREE.
